Cornvalley Estates is a privately owned property Investment company incorporated in 1996 as a vehicle for successful business owner John Raggett to invest in commercial property and build a diverse property portfolio.

During the following 25 years the portfolio has grown and now consists of 40 plus properties. It Includes industrial, Office, leisure and Retail investments geographically spread throughout the greater West Midlands. It includes the high profile 126 Colmore Row, a period building that accommodates both offices and the Jamaya restaurant.
Cornvalley operates with a small but very experienced team of property professionals and are continuing to develop the Portfolio with new additions and asset management initiatives to enhance both the value and quality of the portfolio.
